How we handle your information.

Effective August 2, 2026. This notice applies to information submitted through xpressreports.ai, including the public order flow. The order privacy notice provides the order-specific details.

Who operates Xpress Reports

Xpress Reports is a product of Xpress Valuations, a sole proprietorship owned by Michael N. Silva.

Information we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, organization, role, property location, intended use, and message. If you place an order, the order workflow may also collect the customer contact, subject-property details, intended use, price and payment-provider status, email events, and optional property photos. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, account credentials, or other sensitive financial information.

Our hosting and security services may also process basic request information, such as an IP address, browser details, timestamps, and security signals. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help prevent automated form submissions.

How we use information

We use submitted information to answer questions, discuss report fit, create and fulfill orders, reconcile payments, provide status and photo workflows, respond to support requests, protect the website, and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who may process information

Information may be handled by service providers that support application hosting, access control, database and file storage, image processing, queues, verification, payment processing, security, and email delivery. Stripe hosts payment entry and processes payment information; Xpress Reports does not receive card or bank credentials. Service providers are used only to provide the services described here.

Retention and security

We keep contact, order, payment, photo, security, and audit information for the periods reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain business records, protect the service, and meet legal requirements. Uploaded photos are scheduled for deletion three years after upload, subject to the photo upload privacy notice. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask about the information you submitted or request a correction or deletion, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping needs. Use the contact form described on our support page and select the option that best matches your request.

Updates

We may update this notice as the service changes. The effective date above will show when the current version took effect.
