Who operates Xpress Reports

Xpress Reports is a product of Xpress Valuations, a sole proprietorship owned by Michael N. Silva.

The product described

Xpress Reports are professional residential appraisals. The service uses an AI-enhanced research process, followed by analysis, completion, and signature by a licensed appraiser. The individual price shown on the site is $249, delivery is within 24 hours, and volume pricing may be available for partners and affiliates.

Product and intended use

Every Xpress Report is completed and signed by a licensed appraiser and meets professional appraisal standards. Xpress Reports may be used for lending, legal, tax, investment, estate, divorce, purchase, sale, and personal valuation needs.

Orders and payment

The public order page shows the available appraisal, property details, price, order terms, and privacy notice before payment. Xpress Reports creates an order record before sending the customer to Stripe's secure checkout. Creating an order record or returning from Stripe does not by itself confirm payment; payment is confirmed from Stripe's payment records and webhook events. Review the order terms and refunds and cancellations policy before placing an order.
